TUITION AND PARTICIPATION POLICIES FOR FACULTY AND FAMILY

All spouses and dependent children of Concordia College benefited employees with half time or more status are eligible for a Concordia College tuition allowance.  This benefit can be applied to tuition for May programming.  For further information, see the College’s discount tuition policy on CobberNet.

Faculty leaders may be accompanied abroad by non-student family members. Sensitivity to student needs and interests should guide these decisions.  Family not taking the course for credit are not counted in the program enrollment.  All such participants pay expenses up to the full fee for the program.  They travel at their own risk and release the college from liability for loss, illness, or injury.  They should consult with Global Learning staff about coverage under the college’s travel insurance policies.  Faculty who wish to travel with accompanying family members must consult with Global Learning staff concerning the College’s policy for accompanying persons on study away programs.

Parents and friends of participating students are not allowed to participate in the programs.  Concordia alumni may not take a program unless it is designed for undergraduate-alumni interaction with an educational aim and publicized as an undergraduate-alumni program.
